Precision Fluid Control
Built for Real Science
Since 2007, Inovenso Inc. has designed and manufactured syringe and peristaltic pumps trusted by researchers, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial engineers in over 65 countries.

From Research Origins to Global Lab Equipment Manufacturing
Inovenso was founded in 2007 out of academic research in nanotechnology and precision fluid control. What began as a research-driven venture has grown into a globally recognized manufacturer of laboratory and industrial pump systems, with devices used across universities, pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and industrial facilities in more than 65 countries.
As international demand expanded, Inovenso strengthened its global presence through its Boston, MA, USA operations — close to one of the world’s leading biotechnology and research ecosystems. From this base, the team developed the IPS Syringe Pump Series and the IPS-20 Peristaltic Pump System, both built on the principle that precision instruments should be accurate, durable, and simple to operate.
Today, more than 600 IPS pump systems are in active use across research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial facilities in over 65 countries. The IPS Series has been cited in peer-reviewed publications in fields including electrospinning, microfluidics, mass spectrometry, and drug delivery research. How We Got Here
Key moments in Inovenso's journey from university spin-off to global precision instrument manufacturer.
Inovenso was established with a focus on nanotechnology research tools and precision fluid control systems for academic and industrial laboratories. The founding team combined deep engineering expertise with direct experience in laboratory research workflows.
The IPS Series debuted with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and intuitive operation. Built on Microstep Drive stepper motor technology, the platform delivered 357 nm/µstep resolution and a flow range from 17.89 pL/min to 121.51 mL/min — capabilities previously unavailable at this price point.
To better serve the growing North American and global research market, Inovenso strengthened its operations in Boston, MA, USA — establishing closer access to one of the world’s leading ecosystems for research universities, biotech companies, and pharmaceutical institutions.
IPS pump systems are in active use at hundreds of research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial facilities worldwide. The product line spans syringe pump series and peristaltic pump systems, covering precise low-flow research applications and larger-volume continuous fluid transfer workflows.
Our Commitments
Four principles that shape every product we build and every relationship we maintain.
Listening and understanding come before everything else. We respond quickly, collaborate closely, and build long-term relationships grounded in trust — with both individual researchers and large institutional partners.
We focus on the key factors that drive real scientific progress: accuracy, repeatability, and ease of use. Every new model and feature starts with a genuine research need, not a marketing checklist.
Quality sits at the center of everything we build. Across engineering, manufacturing, and support, we uphold a single standard: reliable products, consistent performance, and dependable service.
Our team combines deep engineering knowledge with hands-on laboratory experience. Continuous learning and a culture of ownership keep our standards high and our products aligned with evolving research needs.
The IPS Pump Systems
Syringe and peristaltic pump systems engineered for precision, repeatability, and reliable daily laboratory use.
Four models from basic infusion to full infuse/withdraw operation with recipe automation. The core single-channel platform for precise laboratory fluid delivery.
View Series →Two channels driven by a single motor for matched, simultaneous flow. Ideal for coaxial electrospinning, gradient mixing, and parallel delivery applications.
View Series →Two fully independent motors. Each channel can run its own flow rate, syringe size, and direction simultaneously for complex laboratory protocols.
View Series →Built-in Wi-Fi with SSL encryption, iOS and Android mobile app support, grouped pump management, and CSV data export for remote laboratory control.
View Series →1–600 RPM, up to 2280 mL/min continuous flow. No sample contact with the pump mechanism. Ideal for pharmaceutical dosing and industrial fluid transfer.
View Product →A laboratory-scale peristaltic pump solution for stable continuous flow, repeatable dispensing, and flexible tubing-based fluid transfer workflows.
