To qualify for a return, products must be sent back within 5 days of delivery. Returned items must remain in their original condition, unused, and packaged with all accessories and documents. Please note that customized or special-order items cannot be refunded unless they have a manufacturing defect. In addition, products damaged by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with clear instructions. Once you receive this information, pack the item securely and include the RAN before shipping it back.
Return Shipping
In most cases, customers cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the return results from a defect or an error on our part, Microsyringepump.com will take responsibility for shipping expenses. We also recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely. Please remember that we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, refunds are usually processed within 20–30 business days. We will issue the refund directly to your original payment method.
